Univera Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Restrictions.

Univera, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is dedicated to fostering a progressive partnership with its affiliate partners (hereinafter referred to as “You”) based on trust and mutual growth. The following actions are deemed unfair trading practices and are strictly prohibited. Detection of such actions may result in the immediate cancellation of the affiliate partnership without prior notice, and commission payments may be withheld, suspended, or denied.

1. Anti-Commission Abuse: The Company strictly prohibits the practice of purchasing products solely to earn commissions, followed by requesting a refund after the commission has been paid. To prevent such unfair transactions, commissions will only be paid 90 days after the purchase, which aligns with The Company’s refund allowance period. No commission will be paid on purchases that are refunded within the 90-day period.
2. Reciprocal Purchase Ban: Engaging in transactions where two or more customers buy products from each other, resulting in commissions or discounts for each party, is considered an unfair practice. To mitigate such activities, the Company conducts regular audits, and any commissions earned from these reciprocal transactions may be denied or canceled at the Company’s sole discretion.
3. Automated Traffic Interception: You shall not utilize any automated applications, devices, robots, software, or other technologies that attempt to intercept or redirect referrals or traffic to or from any Distribution Channel(s) without prior written consent from the Company.
4. Inappropriate Content: Content associated with the Company’s products must not contain or link to any material that is harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, harassing, or that promotes violence, discrimination (based on sex, religion, race, ethnicity, nationality, disability, or age), illegal activities (such as gambling), profanity, or any other content deemed objectionable by the Company

 Company Rights.

1. The Company will determine the prices to be charged for Products. The Company cannot guarantee the availability or the price of any product.
2. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and the conditions of this Agreement including without limitation the payment terms set forth in the Platform Terms in its sole discretion with effect for the future. Any material modification will be notified to you by email at least ten (10) days prior to its effective date and will state the effective date of such change or amendment. If you do not accept the modification, as your sole remedy, you may terminate the Agreement upon written notice to the Company within the 10-day notice period. If You do not object within the objection period, the modification shall be deemed accepted by You and become part of this Agreement.
