Account

Can I log in with my old account on the new website?

Yes! You can use the same email address you used before. You no longer need a password — simply enter your email, and a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email. Enter that code, and you’ll be instantly logged in. Enjoy a safer and more convenient shopping experience with our new passwordless login system!

It says my account doesn’t exist. Do I need to create a new one?

It’s likely that you’re trying to log in with a different email address than the one used on our previous website. If you’d like to view your past order history, please contact our Customer Care team to confirm the email address associated with your previous account. Once you have it, log in using that same email. If you don’t need to access your previous orders, you can simply create a new account with your current email address.

How can I change my login email?

1. Log in to your account
2. Click the green button on the bottom right
3. Tap the person icon → “View Account”
4. You’ll see your orders and subscriptions
5. Click your initials (top right) → “Profile” to change your email

How can I check my previous orders after the website change?

Once you log in, go to My Orders. Orders placed before the migration may take a few days to appear, but don’t worry—they’re safely stored in our system.

Can I register multiple shipping addresses under my account?

Yes! You can add and manage multiple addresses under My Account → Address Book for faster checkout.

Order & Payment

How can I check my previous orders after the website change?

Once you log in, go to My Orders. Orders placed before the migration may take a few days to appear, but don’t worry—they’re safely stored in our system.

My payment went through, but I don’t see my order. What should I do?

Please wait a few minutes, then refresh the page. Once your order and payment are processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You can also check your order status on your Account page.

If it still doesn’t appear, please email us at customercare@univera.com with your order date and amount, and we’ll verify it as soon as possible.

How can I update my payment method?

You can update your card or payment information under View Account → Profile → Payment Methods.

For subscriptions, please go to Manage Subscription first — from there, you can update the payment method for your active subscription.

What’s the difference between “Billing Address” and “Shipping Address”?

The billing address is linked to your payment card, while the shipping address is where your order will be delivered.

Subscription

Will my existing subscription transfer to the new website?

Yes, all active subscriptions have been securely transferred. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to access and manage your subscription in the new system.

How do I change my next shipment date or delivery frequency?

Log in, go to My Subscriptions, and click Edit. You can adjust the next shipment date, frequency, or quantity there.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

From My Subscriptions, choose the product and click Pause or Cancel. You’ll receive a confirmation email after any changes.

Can I change the flavor or product in my subscription?

Absolutely. In your subscription portal, select the subscription and click Swap Product to choose a different flavor or item.

My credit card expired. How can I update it for my subscription?

Go to My Subscriptions → Payment Info → Edit, then add your new card details. The next renewal will automatically use the updated payment.

My subscription payment failed. What should I do?

Please update your card details and click Retry Payment in your subscription settings. If it still fails, contact our support team—we’ll help you reactivate it.

Can I send one of my upcoming subscription orders to a different address?

Yes, you can temporarily change the address for a specific shipment in My Subscriptions → Upcoming Order → Edit Address.

Shipping & Returns

How do I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with a link. You can also track it under My Orders → View Details.

How do I return or exchange a product?

Please go to Returns Center on our website, enter your order number and email, and follow the instructions. You can also contact us for assistance.

How can I check the status of my return?

You’ll receive an email once your return is received and processed. Refunds are usually issued within 5–7 business days after arrival at our warehouse.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. For subscription customers, shipping is free regardless of the order amount.

Promotions

My discount code doesn’t work. What should I do?

Make sure the code hasn’t expired and matches the spelling exactly. Some codes can only be used once or on specific items.

Can I apply a discount code to my subscription order?

Generally, one-time discount codes can’t be applied to auto-renewing subscriptions. However, special promotions may include subscription discounts.

Do I need to re-subscribe to the newsletter since we’ve moved to the new website?

If you were subscribed before, you’ll continue to receive updates. But if you’d like to confirm, you can sign up again at the bottom of our homepage.

How can I leave a product review?

We’ve disabled the option to leave reviews directly on the product page because we only request reviews from customers who have created an account and made a purchase. About a week after you receive your order, you’ll get an email inviting you to leave a review. We’d really appreciate it if you could share your feedback then.

Is my personal and payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our website uses encrypted payment processing and industry-standard SSL security to protect your data.
