Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing  

The shipping timeframe begins when you receive your shipping confirmation email. Order processing time typically ranges from 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin to be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Time frames - CANADA 

Depending on your location, Univera utilizes Canada Post Expedited or Purolator Ground services to achieve our goal of providing safe and efficient delivery of your products to your address. The exact delivery date may vary depending on the carrier, weather, and traffic conditions. 

• Ground Shipping with Canada Post or Purolator, Free Shipping on Order Over $ 90
  For our customers, shipping is free on all orders equal to or higher than $90 after applying any discounts but before adding taxes). In the case of orders amounting to $89.99 or below, shipping charges are calculated based on weight and distance per order. The cost and delivery time will be determined at checkout. All shipments are made via economy ground shipping and orders should be expected to arrive in 3 - 10 business days depending on your geographic location. 

3. Shipping to General Delivery  

Shipments designated for General Delivery must be sent through Canada Post. This service entails Canada Post holding a package at the designated post office within the specified area for 10 days, allowing customers to pick it up (typically catering to travelers or rural addresses). If unclaimed after 10 days, the package will be returned to the sender. Please be aware that Univera cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages sent to General Delivery. 

4. Shipping Internationally

Univera cannot ship outside of the US and Canada.
