Order Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order.  Once an order is placed, it immediately begins processing in our system to ensure quick delivery.  Because of this, not all orders can be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

2. Cancellation Window
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing the order and before the order status changes to “Fulfilled.”
  • For subscription orders, cancellation requests must be made at least 3 business days before the next scheduled billing date.
3. Orders Already Processed or Shipped

If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, depending on product eligibility, you may request a return or refund once the item is received. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

4. How to Cancel

You can request a cancellation by:

  • Calling our Customer Care Team at 800-363-1890 for immediate assistance.
  • Sending us an email through our Contact Us form or customer support email address (customercare@newunivera.com).
5. Exceptions
  • Orders that include promotional, limited-edition, or discounted items may not be eligible for cancellation.
  • Orders placed during promotional campaigns (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1, seasonal bundles) are final once processed.
