Univera is confident in the effectiveness, safety, and quality of its products. We proudly offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Products purchased from our website or through Univera’s Customer Care may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of purchase for a 100% refund, excluding return shipping and handling fees.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
To make your return or exchange as simple as possible:
  • Visit our [Returns Portal link].
  • Enter your order details and select the product(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • Choose either Refund or Exchange as your preferred option.
  • Submit your request. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).
  • Include the RMA information inside your package and write it clearly on the outside of the box (for refunds).
Conditions
  • All returns require:
    • A copy of the original invoice or packing slip, and
    • The RMA number issued through our Returns Portal.
  • Please ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of your package.
  • Returns must be shipped within 30 days from the date the RMA# was issued.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by Univera. Customers may use their preferred carrier, provided that tracking is available.
  • Products must be returned unused and complete with all components. Partial packs are not accepted under our standard policy. However, if part of your order was damaged upon delivery, please contact Customer Care with your order details and photos of the damaged items. We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund for the affected items.
  • When you return your order, please obtain and keep your return tracking number, until you have seen your credit issued. Univera recommends shipping returned product by UPS or FedEx, as risk of loss in shipping the returned product shall be borne solely by the Customer. If returned product is not received at Univera’s Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the Customer to trace the shipment and no credit will be applied.
Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been received and verified at our warehouse.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days after the returned product has been received and verified at our warehouse.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please note: While Univera proudly offers a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, in cases where the return is due to a change of mind rather than a product issue (such as damage, defect, or incorrect item), the original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Products purchased as Final Sale (including clearance items, short-expiry products, or items marked as non-returnable at checkout) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
  • Univera offers a one-time product exchange for items returned within the 90-day guarantee period.
  • Exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be processed based on photo proof submitted by the customer, without requiring the return of the original product.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping when sending back the original product.
  • Univera will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer.
  • Exchanges are limited to the same product (SKU) or products of equal value. Price differences will not be refunded.
